Me and my friend booked the last two tickets available for the day and we almost didn't make it to the meeting point due to landing in Bergamo and the ride to Milano. I spoke with a lady at the call center and explained the situation and she transferred the information to the guide. He was waiting for us and welcomed us with a smile. (We were 5 minutes late) The tour was great and full of great information about the painting and about the techniques used by DaVinci in his creation. Would recommend the tour to anyone who goes to Milano. Thank you very much!

The entire process with Headout was extremely well organised and positive. We were kept updated with where and when to meet our guide. The tickets were scanned without problems. Our guide - we were so lucky to have such a wonderful engaging lady - Faviola (I do hope I spelt her name correctly) . Everything ran on time. Our guide was knowledgeable but hard to hear as she was speaking very quietly. Even when the group told her we couldn't hear her well, she said we all agreed we could hear her at the beginning of the tour so basically too bad.

We went to the ticket office and was told to wait in front for our tour guide and he will be holding a banner with the name of the company. There was a person holding a banner but Headout was not included in the list. It took us a while to find him and only because we decided approached him and asked to check our names on his Ipad. Otherwise we would have missed the tour.

I was able to see the last supper which was the main idea . The guide was very good and explain a lot of interesting details. What I don't understand is why we didn't go inside of the church itself and why after admiring the last supper we started walking to Castle Sforzesco, visit the place and I believe the tour ended in Duomo. I didn't book this kind of tour. I book skip the line for Last Supper (for one hour). We had to leave the tour at the Castle since it took more time than expected(I asked the guide and it was one more hour, by then we had been 1 h 45') and we had other reservations. The guide wasn't very happy about it and I understand, but it wasn't my fault. So I wasn't that happy with the whole experience since I don't like to be rude and disrespectful with other people work.

The Last Supper itself was spectacular. What was mediocre was the signage n directions to find the guide. The image that was sent of the meeting point doesn't correspond with the exact address. Furthermore, there are many different partners using the same agency. The representative was not prompt and did not hold the sign in a conspicuous manner. She was also unaware that many different groups were on her list and told people that they weren't part of the group when they actually were. Clients should also be told what the process will be ahead of the tour. We were told to meet at 415om for the 430pm tour but our tickets were for 5:15pm. It was therefore confusing why we were waiting around and then told to produce our IDs n collect the tickets from the ticketing office. These initial impressions are very important to the overall enjoyment of the experience.

We really enjoyed the tour and the guide was knowledgeable and friendly. I would have said 'Awesome' but we had so much trouble finding the guide because she was holding a sign that said 'Towns of Italy'. Don't you think that in a crowded square filled with guides it would make a lot more sense for her to at least have a sticker that said 'Headout'? There was nothing about Towns of Italy on my ticket and it was a stressful start to the tour.

Our guide Maria was extremely knowledgeable, not just about the sights we saw but also about the history of Milan generally. Not only did we see The Last Supper and the Duomo but also many other interesting aspects of Milan. The ticketing experience was very straightforward. This tour is well worth the expense, particularly on your first day in Milan. Then you can investigate more later.

The tour guide was very pleasant, neat, understanding and most important an expert of Milan and Milan history, and also worked extremely well managing the crowd. The reason I rated a good and not an awesome, is we received strict direction from your company to adhere to the arrival/start time. I had to call the company at ~ 9:12 AM as our guide was not at the starting point and was a bit late, so, we were concerned.

Gebucht war eine 6-Stunden Städttetour inkl. der Mailänder Dom von innen ohne Warteschlange; der Tourveranstalter hat uns zwei Tage vorher mitgeteilt, dass aufgrund einer unvorhergesehenen Schließung des Doms die Dom-Führung nicht stattfinden kann und eine Alternative angeboten. Das war "nicht okay", auch wenn den Verantstalter keine Schuld trifft. Die Tour (mit Alternativprogramm) wurde professionell und informativ durchgeführt. Nur Hangout hat den Vogel der Verwirrung abgeschossen und am Vorabend der Tour einen falschen Treffpunkt angegeben. Das ist nicht nur "nicht okay", sondern völlig daneben. Zum Glück haben wir den Tourveranstalter kontaktiert - der immer, Tag und Nacht - sofort per SMS anpsrechbar war und reagiert hat, und der hat uns den richtigen Treffpunkt genannt. Hätten wir auf Hangout gehört, hätten wir am falschen Treffpunkt vergeblich gewartet, und die ganze Reise nach Mailand wäre im Eimer gewesen. Darum: Wir werden in Zukunft nicht mehr über Hangout buchen.

The tour was really nice (even though it was quite long - 6h but you get a few breaks including a 1h break to get lunch) You'll see everything important in Milan and if you only have one day in Milan I definitely recommend it as you won't lose time figuring out what's important or where everything is. We got headphones so we could hear our guide throughout the entire tour really well and you don't hear many street noises. Our guide was really experienced and made the tour really interesting Overall a great experience!!!
